Solid Works was established May 2006 to be the

• Commercial office of Unity Marketing Corporation for Air-conditioning and Refrigeration parts, supplies, and equipments for Mindanao region as well as Services for the Service, Repair, Retrofit, Installation, Preventive maintenance, and Ventilation installation for Mindanao region
• Commercial office of UNI-FAB Metal Industries, Inc. for any and all sheet metal fabrication works specializing in stainless equipments for Mindanao region

Its main office is at 321 Calachuchi Street, Juna Subdivision, Matina, Davao City. Wanting to be closer to the industries in the region; UNITY together with UNI-FAB saw the need for an in-house commercial and service subsidiary to cater to the growing demands of the region. Thus, Solid Works was created. UNITY Marketing Corporation was established on May 1978 to provide for quality air-conditioning and refrigeration parts, supplies and equipments for the Philippine market. UNI-FAB Metal Industries, Inc. was established on March 1997 as a precision sheet metal fabrication company, and has since provided its clients with reasonably priced yet highly accurate and precise metal shearing, bending and punching work plus the exemplary customer and delivery services. Solid Works currently represents (thru Unity and UNI-FAB) some of the best brand names in their respective industries.
